PFOS/PFAS Water Service Connection

The project includes the construction of approximately 1,335 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron water main, jack and boring of 8-inch ductile iron pipe across SR 611 at 2 locations, 585 linear feet of 6-inch ductile iron pipe, 2,805 linear feet of 1” K-copper service line, 3 fire hydrant assemblies, connections of 37 services with meters, backflow preventers and pressure reducing valves, and water main appurtenances. Also included is the well abandonment at 15 properties. Construction will occur in State and Township rights-of-way and easement areas, and will involve restoration of roadway, mill and overlay of roadways, lawn areas, traffic control and provisions for all necessary erosion and sedimentation controls in Warrington Township.
