Description

DCAMM Certification Required. Project includes replacement of existing HVAC equipment units at the Math and Science Building at North Shore Community College, Danvers, MA. Project includes select demolition and new construction work including, but not limited to: cooling tower, boilers, rooftop units, fans, fan coil units, thermostats, piping, controls, and required accessory components, testing, and commissioning before placing into service. Work shall include HVAC, electrical and plumbing components as required; limited repair or replacement of other building components as necessary to complete the project. Schedule phased for Summer 2021 completion of boilers, Fall 2021 completion of cooling tower, and Summer 2022 completion of rooftop units.
