Annual Requirements Contract for Debris Monitoring and Consulting Services

Debris Monitoring and Consulting Services within the City immediately after a man-made or natural disaster such as but not limited to tornado, terroristic event, winter weather and/or flooding, according to the following specifications. The resulting contract will be utilized on an “as needed” basis for disaster debris monitoring and consulting services. The need for the disaster debris monitoring services will be determined by the impact of natural and/or man-made disasters to the City. The number of debris monitoring personnel required after any disaster is unknown; therefore, the City shall not be liable for any contractual agreements/obligations the Contractor enters into with third parties based on the City’s need for such services in the event of a disaster.
