Historic Courthouse Restroom Renovation

The Board of Pueblo County Commissioners is seeking competitive bids for the following work: Historic Courthouse Restroom Renovation SCOPE OF WORK - Convert part of the existing vault/conference room into a restroom in the historic courthouse. Plans and specifications are attached. Contract time: To be determined by Contractor. QUESTIONS ANS RESPONSES: All questions post bid walk will be submitted to purchasing@ pueblocounty.us by COB September 231 2022 and responses will be sent out to all questions by COB September 26. 2022. Certificates of insurance (coverage in accordance with the contract documents) will be required of the successful bidder. To be eligible to bid, bidder must obtain all bid documents from the Pueblo County Purchasing Division via e-mail at purchasing@pueblocounty.us. Those wishing to obtain bidding document(s) directly from the office of the Pueblo County Purchasing Division, must first call (719) 583-6095 to schedule an appointment to do so. The subject line of the email must read: "Sealed Bid, IFB No. 22-30 Historic Courthouse Restroom Renovation". U.S. Mail or Currier Sealed bids may be submitted to Pueblo County Purchasing at the address listed above. Bidders wishing to hand-deliver their sealed bid, must call the Pueblo County Purchasing Division at (719) 583-6095 to schedule an appointment prior to delivering their bid. Bids which are received after the time and date stated above will not be considered, and any bid so received after the scheduled closing time and date mentioned above shall be returned to the submitting firm unopened. For electronically submitted bids, the date and time listed in the Outlook Inbox for the above-referenced email address will be the official date and time of when a bid was received.
