The existing ADA parking in one area does not meet code and will need to be removed and replaced. Bid items will be removal of wheel stops, signs, asphalt and concrete. Regrading of soil to meet grades. Install road base & asphalt. Install aggregate and concrete parking pad, sidewalk and curb wall. Install ADA signs and paint striping for parking stalls and red curbing.
