Construction of a multi-use trail of which shall include the removal of the existing bituminous pavement, curbing and storm sewer; grading, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, modular block retaining wall, and bituminous paving. Ancillary work includes concrete flatwork, signing, seeding/restoration, and erosion control items.
