| Description | Olmsted County is seeking a contractor for the Olmsted County 2117 Parking Lot Project located at 2117 Campus Dr. Rochester, MN 55904. Work consists of removing the existing porous concrete pavement (2104.504 Remove Concrete Pavement), adding 2" of Aggregate Base Class 5 and preparing the subgrade (2211.509 Aggregate Base Class 5) and repaving 4" of SPWEB340B in 2 Lifts (2360.509 Type SP 12.5 Wearing Course Mixture (3,B)) and restriping the parking lot in paint (2582.601 Parking Lot Striping), all work to be done in accordance with MnDOT 2020 specification manual. Mobilization and Traffic Control shall be incidental to completing the work. Locations and estimated quantities attached (1 pages). All work shall be completed prior to October 15th, 2023.
