| Description | This project involves reworking of the existing standing seam metal roof, to include, but not be limited to, installation and replacement of worn out fasteners, washer connections, etc. that are causing moisture infiltration issues, as well as providing an increased roof slope on the lower roof areas to improve drainage and transitioning to other metal building components, downspouts, etc. to allow water to exit the building structure properly. This project also involves replacement of exterior existing stucco type material with a proper multi-layer stucco system that will provide an aesthetic long-term exterior finish in select areas. |
