The intent of this project is to preserve the schoolhouse museum for future generations by replacing the wood shingle roof that is at the end of its useful life. As the building is publicly-owned and listed on the State and National Registers of Historic Places, all work will be reviewed by the New Jersey Historic Trust for compliance with the Secretary of the Interior`s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Buildings |
