Description

Renovation if an approximately 33,000 square foot building to a facility to support those experiencing homelessness, or at risk of becoming homeless. The building will contain administrative functions, two shelters, and a commercial kitchen. The partitions are wood framed with gypsum board. HVAC equipment is both new and existing. The plumbing work will require new fixtures and trenching for new waste lines. The electrical systems will require new panels, wiring, and lighting. Exterior work is limited to improved drainage work, a small amount of paving work, and restriped as necessary for TAS.
