REQUIRED BIDDER PREQUALIFICATION AND LICENSES . Alabama licensed General Contractor . Successful contractor must have (or obtain) City Business License DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The scope of work is NOT for the entire pickleball complex, but only for the following limited scope below as further described on the drawings. . Prepare and place approximately 50 CY for concrete walkways . Construct 30' x 36' pavilion . Fab and install approximately 115 LF of handrail.
