Upper Ramble Early Package

The Upper Ramble Early Package consists of street and utility improvements of West Ave. between Spring and Dickson streets and greenway upgrades between Center and Spring Streets. Any questions or RFI's regarding this project can be sent to james.monhollon@nabholz.com by the bid question deadline of June 22nd, 2022, at 12 noon. All bids shall be submitted in accordance with all state, regulatory and licensing requirements, and all requirements of the Construction Manager's Manual. To be considered, bidders must be licensed on day of bid. Nabholz Construction Services and the City of Fayetteville reserve the right to waive irregularities, reject bids, and postpone the award of any Contract for a period of time which shall not exceed beyond ninety (90) days from the bid opening date. Pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated 22-9-203 Nabholz Construction encourages all qualified small, minority-owned, women-owned, or disadvantaged business enterprises to submit bids for this project.
