Replace the entire damaged metal cap on top and bottom of roof to match existing roof cap, approximately 200' long. Contractor to field verify 3. 4' wide aluminum mansard roof trim replace new to match existing, approximately 125' long, Contractor to field verify. 4. Replace 4' FT high aluminum railing on stairwell entrance 20' long with new railing and match existing. 5. Repair damaged East sides of building corner wall; provide any engineering needed to complete the repair.
