Work to be performed under this contract includes milling and resurfacing of Laurie Drive from Oakwood Avenue to Lisa Court, Schnell court from Manchester Avenue to the dead end, Leonard Street from High Mountain Road to the dead end, Onyx Terrace from Leonard Street to Oakwood Avenue, and Dietrich Lane from Oakwood Avenue to the dead end, including the installation/replacement of curbs, sidewalks, driveways, curb pieces, ADA curb ramps, and other incidentals. Base Bid: Laurie Drive from Oakwood Avenue to Lisa Court, and Schnell Court from Manchester Avenue to the dead end.
