Description

The Project includes the removal of existing sludge from the existing lagoons, installation of a Lemna LBTP wastewater treatment system into the existing lagoons, installation of a new blower building, installation of a new polishing reactor, installation of a new UV Building, site piping, electrical supply and controls, and other miscellaneous and associated work. The Project is located approximately 1.2 miles southwest of Earling on the north side of HWY 191 at the city’s lagoon site.
