Description

Overview of Work: 1. File Notice of Intention To Drill and obtain Authorization To Drill at the Nixon Recreation and Administrative Site. 2. Obtain any other permits in accordance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations. 3. Furnish all labor including an onsite, experienced Hydrogeologist who is a Registered Professional Geologist in Arizona; equipment; supplies; and materials to drill, install casing, well screen, sanitary seal, temporary submersible pump, and all other necessary components at the specified location in and in accordance with Well-Siting Report and with the latest version of the State of Arizona Department of Water Resources, Statutes and Rules Governing Minimum Well Construction Standards and the Licenses of Well Drillers. 4. Perform all required pumping tests with a temporary pump. 5. Perform all water quality tests in accordance with Specifications Section 01458 (Testing Laboratory Services). 6. Cap the well for Phase II construction (not in this contract).
