Description

Approximate Scope of Area: • Main building carpet to be vacuumed (downstairs classroom, upstairs classroom & offices/hallway) approximately 3,933 sq ft. • Main building tile floor -requires sweeping and mopping (hallways and bathroom) is approximately 650 sq ft. • Main building stairs are approximately 126 sq ft for a total of 726 sq ft. • The glass surface area to be cleaned in the main building lobby is 82 sq ft. • The outside bathroom modular is a 36 x 12 for a total of 432 sq ft. • The main building bathrooms have 2 urinals, 6 toilets and 6 showers and a total of 384 sq ft. • The outside classroom modular totals approximately 4,032 sq ft. • The outside bathroom modular has 2 urinals, 4 toilets and 5 showers Main Entrance / Lobby • Damp clean check-in station. • Clean lobby and corridor interior and exterior glass. • Dust mop and damp mop hard surface flooring. • Vacuum carpeting and floor mats. • Dust mop all hard surface floors with treated dust mop. • Clean both sides of all glass doors/windows. • Dust low and high areas. • Empty all trash cans and replace liners as required. Hallway areas • Dust all high and low areas including pictures, clocks etc. • Fully vacuum carpets from wall to wall. Office Areas and All Classrooms • Empty all trash receptacles and replace liners as necessary. • Vacuum all carpeted traffic lane areas. • Dust and spot clean all furniture, fixtures, equipment and accessories. • Spot clean all light switches and doors. • Dust high and low areas (pictures, clocks, partition tops etc.). • Dust ledges and windowsills. • Dust all blinds. Kitchen and Break rooms • Sweep and mop floors. • Empty all trash receptacles and replace liners as necessary. • Spot clean all walls, light switches and doors.
