Champion Forest Drive 6 Irrigation Header

The Champion Forest Drive 6” Irrigation Header for Champions Municipal Utility District located along Champion Forest Drive between Strack Road and Bermuda Dunes Drive. The purpose of this project is to provide a single irrigation header to supply potable water to an irrigation system that will be installed in the future along Champion Forest Drive and can be connected to a future reclaimed water system. work consists of: Install 4-inch AWWA C-900 PURPLE reclaimed water line, including bends and fittings Install 6-inch AWWA C-900 PURPLE reclaimed water line by trenchless construction, including bends and fittings Install 12-inch steel casing by trenchless construction, including all fittings. Install 6-inch gate valve and box, and temporary blow off valve and box. Install 6-inch by 4-inch tapping sleeve and valve. Install 6-inch plug and clamp with stake aboveground. Install 2-inch stubout minimum 1-foot above the ground, including 2-inch gate valve, bends, and fittings. Install 4-inch double check valve backflow preventer. Install meter vault for 4-inch meter including all appurtenances and drain line. Trench Safety, as required per Specification 01561. Implementation and maintenance of traffic control plan. Site Restoration, including removing and replacing concrete sidewalks and pavement, curbs, damaged turf, plants, shrubs, and trees.
