Torsey Pond Dam and Bridge Repairs at Torsey Pond on Old Kents Hill Road

Dam and Bridge Repairs at Torsey pond on Old Kents Hill Rd. The dam and bridge are a single contiguous structure, with the dam portion owned and maintained by the Torsey Pond Association and the bridge owned and maintained by the Town of Readfield. Work generally involves the placement of a coffer dam, concrete repair, crack repair, and rip-rap work. Work is scheduled to occur in the fall of 2020.
