| Description | The residence hall is an approximately 50,000 square foot, three story building that is 23 years old. 1. Power wash entire building. 2. Replace and repair stucco where appropriate. 3. Apply two coats of Sherwin Williams B53W2251, PRO INDUSTRIAL Waterbased Alkyd Urethane Low Sheen, Extra White to all stucco surfaces to be painted as shown in drawings 4. Apply two coats of Sherwin Williams Sher-Cryl to all METAL surfaces to be painted as shown in drawings (gutters, flashing, fascia and soffit) 5. Paint 1 is RAL Color 7043 6. Paint 2 is DRYVIT Color 132, Mountain Fog 7. Paint existing main roof fascia and soffits Paint 1 8. Paint all exposed exterior walls Paint 2 unless otherwise noted. 9. Paint all stucco columns Paint 1 10. Paint all wood timbers at entrance ways. Color TBD – price solid tone stain.(will not paint steel brackets) 11. No painting to occur at windows and door frames 12. Caulk all windows and door frames. 13. Disregard comment 6 on drawings |
