| Description | In general, the work consists: Replacement of approx. 6,800 sq. feet of failed fully adhered system with new fully adhered .060 black Ethylene Propylene- Diene- Monomer (EPDM) Existing on roof 1- 1” wood fiber insulation on roof 2 & 3 - 3” Polyisocyanurate insulation New on roof 1- 1” Polyisocyanurate insulation on roof 2 & 3 4.5” Polyisocyanurate insulation to obtain a 20 - yr No- Dollar - Limit (NDL) labor and material warranty and increase R- value to new system rated minimum - average R - 25.2. The system also includes all new metal gutters & downspouts, copings and counter flashings. Add a new roof hatch as per de tails, add 2 ladders per details |
