Reconstruction of Keller Springs Road from Dallas North Tollway to Addison Road including replacing asphalt roadway with concrete, upsize existing facilities, installing Master Transportation Plan elements, acquiring right-of-way for medians, sidewalks, and landscaping, and replacing traffic signals. Project is included in Town of Addison FY 2022-2023 CIP Page 47 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Town of Addison reserves the right to waive any formalities, to reject any and all proposals, and to select the proposal deemed most advantageous to the Town of Addison. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
