Description

Work of this single-bid project consists of abatement / demolition and build-out of interior of the existing 93,000 SF building. There is a new stair and elevator tower addition to be built on the west end of the building. All new HVAC, electrical distribution, sprinkler, fire alarm, interior finishes. New windows and skylights are to be installed as well EEO goals for this project: 6% minority workforce and 3% female workforce
