Citywide SCADA Upgrades at Lift Stations

This Project consists installing SCADA RTU control panels at existing lift stations across the City and a master radio polling control panel at the wastewater treatment plant and all material and equipment, and construction services inherent to the Work. The Work shall be substantially complete by January 31, 2023 and completed and ready for final payment by March 2, 2023 as set forth in the Agreement. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany the Bid. Goal for female participation: 6.9 percent statewide Goal for minority participation: 22.2 percent for Bradford County
