This Contract is for the reconstruction of Light Rail tracks in Howard Street, in the Central Business District area. The southern limit of work is approximately the street intersection of Howard Street and Camden Street, and the northern limit of work is approximately the intersection of Howard Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Exact limits of reconstruction are shown on the Contract Drawings.
