Pleasant Hill Road Landscape Enhancements

Goals LSBE and MWBE combined Goal 25% Provide for the installation and maintenance of the landscape enhancements for the median of Pleasant Hill Road in two defined areas and for two years of maintenance: - This work will include the new landscape material installation in the Phase 3 landscape area of Pleasant Hill Road between Reaves Road and Granada Boulevard, a distance of approximately 1.92 miles. - The work shall also include removal and replacement of damaged trees, pruning, maintenance and re-mulching of the Phase 2 landscape area of Pleasant Hill Road previously completed. The Phase 2 landscape area spans from Granada Boulevard north to Oak Hammock Preserve Boulevard, a distance of approximately 1.5 miles. - Upon completion of the landscape enhancements, the Awarded Contractor shall provide maintenance of the installed plant materials for a period of two (2) years following acceptance of the median landscape enhancement on Pleasant Hill Road.
