Description

1. Mobilize with personnel-lift for the purpose of cleaning the exterior windows and screens of the entire building. 2. All lifts/riggings shall meet all OSHA Safety standards 3. All personnel shall be certified by the company as being qualified for high-rise work. 4. The Cleaning agent to be used must be designed to remove all pollutants, biologic debris, and cementacious rundown which cannot normally be removed with normal detergents (ie Trisodium Phosphate or equivalent) 5. Each column of windows shall be inspected for cleanliess, before moving on to the next column, to ensure all windows have been cleaned completely 6. Safety Barricades shall be in place to ensure the area below is safe for Pedstrians 7. Screens Shall be removed from the outside and washed. Windows shall then be cleaned, and screens then reinstalle 8. Demobilize and clean-up all debris associated with this project 9. Any damage to cement or lawns form lifts or equipment will be made whole by the Contractor.
