Patch and Paint 2020 Willson Family Package 3

The project consists of comprehensive, complete plaster / drywall patch and repair; repainting at various residences. Contractor to use lead safe practices throughout the duration of construction. Contractor must follow all lead abatement procedures including all local, state and federal regulations. The project consists of selective repairs in locations of occupied dwelling units as directed by CMHA Personnel. The work may also consists of, but is not limited to, drywall/plaster patch and repair of walls and ceilings, re-painting of walls/ceilings, baseboards, doors, door jambs, handrails, clean and painting of radiators, and painting of exterior porch flooring. Unit prices will be established for each work item. The work includes all labor, materials and equipment for the work per below scope of work.
