Collins Building - Fire Alarm System Replacement

DESCRIPTION: Complete replacement of the fire alarm system throughout the entire building. Direct all bids/inquiries to the construction manager. PREQUALIFICATION AND BONDS: ALL licensed trades and any bids of $200,000.00 or more are REQUIRED TO BE PREQUALIFIED for this project. Prequalification forms are on the Cook Brothers, Inc. website. Completed forms are due in the office of Cook Brothers Inc. no later than EOD Tue. Aug. 23, 2022. Any bid of $100,000 or more requires a bid bond. Any contract of $100,000 or more requires a P&P bond. All contracts will require participation in the DHS E-Verify program.
