Completion Date : Dec. 10, 2021 The project is located within the limits of the City of Sterling, Illinois (Owner) along the Rock River south of the intersection of Ave. B and Wallace Street. DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT This project consists of the construction of P.C.C. Sidewalk at two areas previously omitted along the existing sidewalk/multi-use path located along the Rock River. Construction shall include the installation of Pipe Culverts, Segmental Concrete Block Walls, and Walkway Bridge.
