Project Description: Project consists renovations to the Junior High School, Elementary School and Bus Garage as well as associated site work. 1. Project cost range is anticipated to be under $3,500,000.00 G. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. Multiple Contract Project consisting of the following prime contracts: a. General Construction. b. Mechanical Construction. c. Plumbing Construction. d. Electrical Construction. Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids until the bid time and date at the location given below.
