New Maintenance Facility Project Multnomah Industrial Park

Multnomah Industrial Park New Building This RFP is for the design and construction of an industrial maintenance building with office space, a secure shop yard and associated site work. The building portion of this project is "design-build". The contractor is required to provide any necessary design and engineering for pre-engineered metal building, doors, windows, restrooms, finishes; lighting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other associated items to create a fully capable facility. Lower Columbia Engineering has provided the basic site design and the foundation design concept. Lower Columbia Engineering can provide a final foundation design once building reactions are provided by the building manufacturer/contractor. A complete job is required and any missing design and engineering elements necessary for permitting and construction are the responsibility of the contractor. Work specifics will be based on plan refinements and in accordance with City of St. Helens and Columbia County requirements for the project. Assume adequate power, water, sewer and communications to serve the site as specified. A proposed contract is also attached for consideration
