High-Rise Main Entry Camera Installation and Mobile App Viewing Solution

Install and make operational "main entry" security cameras at 19 High-Rise Properties (21 Total Buildings). This project consists of two major project components which contractors' proposals will need to address: Main Entry Camera Installation: The vendor will furnish and install camera equipment at each building's main entry along with connecting the equipment to each building's Spectrum demarcation point. This will be done in preparation for a channel insertion of the camera feed into residents' cable service. The vendor will not actually complete the channel insertion itself. Furnish Mobile App Resident Viewing Solution: Additionally, CMHA is asking for the chosen vendor to identify and implement a cost-effective solution that will allow residents to view this main entry camera at their building of residence using a mobile application. This will allow residents who do not subscribe to cable service to have access to the video feed from the above described security camera.
