| Description | Deck landing built 4'by 4'. Needs two concrete footings 12"x42" to support landing. Two 6x6 posts to support landing off concrete footings. Set of steps hung off the landing with 2x12 treads and solid riser. Handrail to cope on steps and landing. Work must be permitted and to IRC2015. Need outside lights with a switch at both exterior doors on the rear of house to illuminate stairs, landing, and ground level door. Permit needed for electrical. The contractor and subcontractors are required to visit the project as part of bid preparation. |
