2022/2023 Project Cycle Local Road Improvement Program

Site work and paving for a civil project in Mecan, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and road / highway. Project Cycle Local Road Improvement Program. The project consists of the following: Project Location: Eagle Rd from Soda Rd to the East approximately 8765' to the town maintenance line. Project Specifics: Right of Way Clearing, Grubbing of Stumps, Culvert Replacement and Ditching, Gravel Lift, Asphalt Placement in Binder and Surface Coarses. All material and workmanship must be in accordance with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, Division of Highways Standards and Specifications. Material testing and compliance may be monitored during this project. The Town of Mecan reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept the bid or bids deemed most advantageous to the county.
