| Description | The Deck in the back of home needs to be properly attached to floor trussed system. Joist hangers need to be installed on outside rim board. Threaded rods and hangers need installed per code. The deck steps need removed and replaced with new treated lumber. The front steps need the old rod iron railing removed and wood treated rail system installed on the sides of the stoop. This will also give a little more width on stairs. The House needs fan fold insulation and all seams taped. Install new vinyl siding encapsulating old Masonite siding |
