RFQ Contractor - Private Property Infiltration and Inflow Reduction

THIS IS A REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION (RFQ) ONLY. The Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (District) invites contractors who have appropriate experience and performance record to submit qualifications to become an Approved Contractor for the Municipal Private Property Infiltration and Inflow program (PPII-M). The purpose of this Request For Qualifications (RFQ) is to prequalify contractors to perform infiltration and inflow reduction work on residential properties throughout the District's service area. Such work will be required to be completed by an approved contractor on all contracts that are initiated and contracted for by the District or one of the 28 municipalities located within the District Service area and is partially or fully funded by the District in accordance with the Statement of Policy, Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District Private Property Infiltration and Inflow (PPII) Reduction Program. An Approved Contractor will remain active on the list of approved contractors for a period of five years, provided a contractor remains in good standing.
