| Description | Project Description: This Contract provides for the required annual, 5, 6 and 12-year inspections/certifications, repair, or replacement of extinguishers for all City Facilities and/or vehicles as requested. All Work shall be in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, Provisions, and General Conditions for Facility Construction. Each individual project shall be performed upon Contractor’s receipt of a City issued Purchase Order. Contractor shall commence work on the date specified on the Purchase Order and within the allowable Working Days specified on the Purchase Order. The City intends to award one Contract for a period of five (5) years. |
