Description

The City of Elko is currently soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified consultants for the design services related to the construction and installation of digester draft tube assemblies, including in line heat exchangers, rebuild of mixer assemblies for each draft tube, application of a new coat of UV resistant bituminous protective coating over insulation material on exterior of digester, removal of two existing boilers with the replacement of a new single boiler, and replacement of existing steam pipelines from boiler building to digester No. 1. The goal of the project is to upgrade the boiler system for the digesters and replace worn and deteriorated digester components. Professional services for this project will include, but are not limited to, design, project development, construction documents, construction management, quality assurance (QA), quality control (QC), and bidding services resulting in successful award of the project. Project Location: Water Reclamation Facility located at 1600 Sewer Treatment Plant Rd. (STP RD.)
