2020 Eagleville Elementary School Facade Repair Project

Base Bid – Scope of Work: 1. The scope of work for this project is to furnish and install the following: a. Removal of brick and flashings at window heads and install new flashing. Reinstall brick. b. Removal of brick and flashings at window sills and install new flashing. Reinstall brick. c. Removal of brick and flashings at door heads and install new flashing. Reinstall brick. d. Removal of brick and flashings at mechanical vents and install new flashing. Reinstall brick. e. Removal of brick and flashings at base of wall and install new flashing. Reinstall brick. f. Removal of brick and flashings at top of wall and install new flashing. Reinstall brick. g. Remove existing joint material and install new backer rod and sealant at control joints. h. Remove existing joint material and install new backer rod and sealant at perimeter of windows and doors. i. Clean existing masonry. j. Clean biological staining as indicated k. Infill probe locations to match adjacent surfaces. l. Install new weeps at loading dock. Exclusions to the work include: 1. Modification of existing roofing system 2. Modification of existing window systems
