Description

Contractor agrees and undertakes to demolish and remove the structures and debris at 7 Normand Avenue in its entirety, including complete removal and breaking up the foundation, slab, and any under structure found; and additionally as part of the project as summarized: Filling the cellar hole with clean soil and any crushed foundation as may remain; 1. Applying clean soil to match the natural grade of the surroundings; 2. Applying sufficient depth of wood chips to cover the impacted area of the property provided by the City Public Works Department from the Public Works Facility, hauled by the contractor; 3. Installing split rail fencing long the street frontage, approximately 48 feet in length; 4. Mounting 1 sign on ā€œUā€ channel along the frontage. Mounting of the sign to be provided by the contractor. The City shall provide the signs to the contractor.
