Contractor - HVAC Replacement

Replace rooftop AHU at the end of its service life at the UCSD Garden View Medical Plaza, 1200 Garden View Road, Encinitas, CA 92024. The new unit will provide increased air flows to maintain cleanroom pressurization, humidity, and temperature serving the Chemo Compounding Cleanroom, and Hazardous Receiving and Storage room in the 2nd floor Infusion Pharmacy. The new HVAC unit and related condenser, rooftop ducting will be installed and other improvements constructed by contractor while the existing unit continues to serve the pharmacy to minimize down time to existing operations. The new HVAC unit is to be furnished by the contractor, and anticipated lead time to receive the HVAC and condenser equipment is six (6) months. The contractor can commence rooftop and interior work at any time prior to equipment delivery with two (2) weeks prior notice to UCSD.
