480th Avenue 530th Street - Town Line

In general, the project consists of reconstruction of approximately 0.842 miles of 480th Avenue. The project includes pulverizing the existing pavement, grading to accommodates a wider travel lane and shoulders, pipe extension, base aggregate, and HMA paving. A single prime bid will be received for the work. BID SECURITY Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid amount. Bid and bid security may not be withdrawn for a period of time as specified in the Wis. Dept. of Transportation Standard Specifications. Bid security will be retained if the Bidder is awarded the Work and fails to execute the Contract and furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds. PROJECT FUNDING This project is receiving funding under the 2022-2023 Local Roads Improvement Project (LRIP). QUALIFICATIONS Bidders shall be experienced in this type of work and be prequalified with the Wis. Dept. of Transportation for work in the class and amount of their bid or shall complete the Statement of Bidder's Qualifications bound with the proposal. The Statement of Bidder's Qualifications, if completed, shall be returned with the proposal. RIGHTS RESERVED Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in any bid.
