| Description | Contract requires the Contractor to provide Roof Repair Services on an “as needed” basis. The Work shall include, but is not limited to, troubleshooting, repairing, patching, painting, installing, replacing and/or removing minor areas of built-up, single-ply, shingle, slate and metal roofs, fascias, gutters and downspouts, and any other work related to roofing. This Contract shall not cover major roofing work, such as removal and replacement of major areas. The Contractor shall also provide emergency services. Work under this Contract shall be performed at various Greece Central School District facilities in the County of Monroe, State of New York.
