Preventative Maintenance for Automatic Doors

The Hillsborough County Aviation Authority (Authority), an independent special district, issues this Request for Information (RFI) to solicit information (Response) from prospective companies or individuals (Respondents) who may be interested in providing preventative maintenance for automatic doors at Tampa International Airport (Airport). The Authority has the following automatic doors throughout Tampa International Airport: Manufacturer/Model Number of Doors Stanley Duraglide 2000 series dual slider 99 Horton HD-Slide Industrial series 16 Horton 2001 series dual slider 21 Horton HD Swing 4500 series 11 NOTE: During a 2023 project, the 16 Horton HD-Slide Industrial Series doors and 38 of the Stanley Duraglide 2000 series dual slider doors will be replaced with new doors. The Authority does not guarantee that a contract will be awarded as a result of this RFI, nor does the Authority guarantee that a formal solicitation such as a Request for Proposal (RFP), Invitation to Bid (ITB) or other procurement process will be issued as a result of this RFI. It is the intent of the Authority to solicit information from Respondents to determine the level of interest, availability, and market opinion for utilizing the Preventative Maintenance for Automatic Doors based on the information provided by Respondents in the RFI Request for Information Form. Question Deadline:January 20, 2023, 4:00pm All questions and clarifications concerning the Solicitation documents, such as discrepancies, omissions and exceptions to any term or condition, must be submitted in writing to the Procurement Agent prior to the Question Deadline as stated.
