The Town of Hilton Head Island is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Debris Removal Monitoring Services. It is the purpose of this solicitation to procure a pre-event contract with the most qualified firm to perform monitoring and oversight services of the Town's debris recovery/collection contractor, in the event of a major disaster, debris-generating event.
