Description | This contract provides for the installation of approximately 581 linear feet of 10-inch sewer 35 of concrete encasement 4 sanitary manholes; tie into existing sewers decommissioning of one pump station (Monticello Place) and appurtenant work. The project is generally located between Rivanna Drive and Jo Court. All work shall be done in accordance to MSDs Standard Specifications. The Engineers Construction Cost Estimate for this project is between $150,000.00 and $350,000.00. The Project Manager for this Invitation to Bid is Quinn Corcoran. All inquiries and questions prior to the bid opening shall be Directed, in writing, to MSDs Project Manager, Quinn Corcoran at quinn.corcoran @louisvillemsd.org . Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of bids may not be answered. Only answers by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. All inquiries and questions between the bid opening and the contract awarding shall be directed, in writing, to MSD's Chief Engineer, David Johnson, P.E. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
