Fleet Services Building Addition

The City of West Columbia is seeking proposals for a building addition and associated construction. One (1) 40'W x 100'L x 28'H gable symmetrical pre-engineered metal building addition to existing building [80'W x 100'L x 16'H]. Addition to have 1/12 roof pitch. 2. 26-ga. PBR metal screw-down roof with 6" VR R vinyl-back insulation and Low-E insulation (R-value =30). 3. 26-ga. PBR metal wall panels with 6" VR R vinyl-back insulation (R-value=19). 4. Gutter and Downspouts. 5. 4,000 sq. ft. of 8" 3500 PSI monolithic concrete slab with turn down footings, 6x6x6x6 wire mesh, rebar and poly-vapor barrier. 6. Frame and install two (2) 3070 metal walk doors with closers. 7. Frame and install one (1) 14'W x 14'T high-lift sectional overhead door (chain over electric) 8. Frame and install one (1) 12'W x 12'T high-lift sectional overhead door (chain over electric) 9. Install one (1) 4'W x14'L x6" [56 sq. ft.] exterior concrete apron 10. Install one (1) 4'W x14'L x4" [56 sq. ft.] exterior concrete apron 11. Remove approx. 4000 sq. ft. of existing exterior asphalt and patch back to structure after completion. 12. Structural drawings [for monolithic concrete slab and footings].
