Fire Hydrant Painting

As of July 19, 2022, the project is anticipated to be awarded on tonight's board meeting. The Village of Elk Grove Village will receive sealed bids for the sandblasting, surface prepping, and painting of approximately 2,200 fire hydrants and collateral work necessary to complete the project within Village limits as described in Specifications and Contract Document PW-2223-10. Prospective bidders are advised to carefully review the General Conditions, Special Conditions, Special Provisions and Plans of this document. All bidders must be prequalified prior to receiving bid proposal packets. Once the prequalification form is reviewed and approved by the Village an electronic bid proposal packet will be sent via e-mail to the approved bidder(s).
