Cross Hollow Stake Center Site Upgrades

1. Provide new overflow structure from NE corner of church parking lot and masonry walls through easement to Glen canyon drive. The overflow Will start on church property, cross lots 47 and 48 to the curb and end at the gutter on Glen canyon drive. 2. Provide wrought iron gates at each end of the overflow structure. 3. Remove east church property line fence and replace with a new masonry fence wall and slab on grade between the wall and the top back of curb in the parking lot. 4. Provide east-west fence wall along lot 42 and SE corner of church property. 5. Restore missing concrete section, anchor membrane to concrete and provide boulders and berm across south church property line. 6. At the completion of the project, all adjacent property owner finishes/Landscaping are to have been restored.
